OUR SERVICES
We offer general home inspection services, pre-listing inspections, mitigation and 4-point insurance inspections utilizing the latest technology such as FLIR® thermal imaging. After your inspection, you will receive a prompt, detailed report.

We inspect 3PM-7PM Monday thru Friday, and
9AM-4 PM on Saturdays. Our service area includes Custer, El Paso, Fremont, Pueblo, and Teller Counties.

Pricing Starts at $375 for a Standard Inspection. Additional fees will apply for Sewer scopes, radon, and water tests.
Homes over 3,000 square feet will have a $50 surcharge.
Inspections more than 50 miles from Bluejay Inspection's office, will also have a $50 fuel surcharge.
